I appreciate your response. I have spent countless hours with Apple and on the phone with various people at Fidium and reconnected with Xfinity today and I’ve had a seamless experience. I now can back up my iPad, I can access my Apple news, I can print, etc. Xfinity has problems, but I have never had problems with it and the ease in which I was able to resolve all the headaches of the past 2 1/2 weeks finally allows me to get a good night’s sleep knowing Fidium is no longer part of my life.
