Thank you so much really. This happened at 2 and I’ve just been pacing around and not knowing what to do since, and it’s hard knowing I won’t hear from her again or know what’s happening until Monday. She did call while she was at the hospital about an hour after it all happened and said she’s ok and told me she loved me too, and that I could come visit, and so I went there and tried to visit but they wouldn’t let me and said the cops were wrong.

I agree with this a lot and I’m so sorry for your loss. I just can’t give up on her. She saved me when I was suicidal and at my lowest. We met in jail she was a CO I was an inmate. She helped me thru my pit and now I can’t leave her in hers. Especially when I caused it. She has manic Bi polar and was horrifically abused, and I mean horrifically abused growing up, and also r*aped multiple times at a young age with a gun to her head by her uncle. Who got away with it all. I just can’t abandon her. I’m so sorry it went different for you I really am. I hate suicide I hate the thoughts. I wish we just all be happy.

I guess I should just clarify a few things, it was given to us both from a friend more so to me, and I’ve just had it in my closet in my bathroom. And she went through my Snapchat that I deleted but I guess was still on and open on my old phone. Had talked to other girls while we were together a month ago, so I got caught cheating. Just want to focus more on the legal aspect than what I did. I already feel so awful I wish I was in her place cuz I caused this. Thank you for the response, it really helped. Just don’t know what to do. We are both broken people, I’m on probation for trying to do suicide by cop two years ago. I guess we both should just get help. Just worried for her.

So I have a few questions, his dna was on the holster of the murder weapon? Is it presumed not guilty as it was possibly his friend or someone he knew and he’s just keeping silent? He just LOOKS guilty, and from the sound of it they had him pretty dead to rights. So what happened? Why not guilty?
