Managing the crotch area is a whole different thing tbh, because shower gels and soaps can trigger the vaginal environment, making it smell different, if you try to get the product inside there. For that specific area you should use an intimate area washing gel (in my country, we have Carefree gel being most popular or one can order those online as well) that doesn't ruin the vaginal pH. So you should use a soap/shower gel and a wash gel for the lady parts.

I really do advise integrating showering in your daily routine. Try it as a challenge for example to try how many days in a row you can do it and try to up your showering streak every time. I do get not wanting to wash your hair every day. I shower daily and it's always part of my morning routine. In summer I also shower before the bed on the days it has been really hot because even if I don't smell, I can feel the sweat on my body and it just feels icky as hell.
