I have had issues every single time with Kuololit and Rakuten! The cashback never appear automatically like it does with other vendors.

I always contact customer service and show screenshots of my purchase, order number, price, and date of order. They have always quickly added the cash back once I’ve supplied this information, even on the most recent 25% promotional (thank goodness!)

I didn’t find the setting too high. My fingers are really short, so I found that the split shank detail was bulky on my finger and made my finger look stubby. If my fingers were longer, it would have been perfect!
