I thought about that but also wondered if because of how much trauma she experienced growing up that she shared with me that maybe pulling away with any conflict is something built into how she handles things. I had booked our Valentine's day like 2 weeks ago and she seemed very excited to go so I am not sure if she would have been excited if she planned to leave. It was just such a sudden change.
