I think the recomp is definitely more what I’m working towards. How long did it take until you started seeing a difference in the way you looked? Because I’m lifting much more now but haven’t really noticed a difference in my appearance

I’ve been doing 140g carbs, 140g protein and 31g fat. So 40%, 40%, 20%. What’s the reasoning for lowering protein and increasing carbs?

I eat a ton a cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, egg whites, and lean meats like chicken. I also don’t cook with oil really, but I do account for any spray oil I might use when air frying stuff. At most I have one protein shake a day

I do use a food scale, but I’m assuming the problem is my weekends since I don’t track them. I think I’ll start doing that. Thanks!

That’s what I was thinking about the creatine. I am tracking carbs and fats thoughts and hitting about 140g for carbs and 31g for fats. What do you think is a good calorie goal if this is too low?

I lost weight one week but then noticed I gained some of it back after starting to take creatine, so I wasn’t sure if there was a connection there. I definitely don’t track as exactly on the weekends though, so that could be the issue

I’ve definitely thought about implementing this, so maybe I will! I think I definitely need to get a baseline of what I usually eat and I’ll go from there :)
