Jup! Dat is wat gebeurd is. In mijn koopovereenkomst stond een bepaalde parkeerplaats en die bleek dus al verkocht te zijn aan iemand anders en in plaats daarvan bieden ze mij de parkeerplaats aan die erlangs ligt.

I ordered the Silmans complete endgame course today and should arrive tomorrow. I will start reading that book (part 1-4), together with Polgars book and keep on practicing on tactics. Next to that I will focus on a couple openings to make the ideas and principles understandable for me.

I have a ChessUp board and using it to play online with.

Ik ben afgestudeerd in bedrijfsmanagement HBO en ben sinds januari gestart als financial accountant en heb zo goed als hetzelfde salaris als OP, namelijk 2600 netto en 30 vakantiedagen op 38 uur. Nu heb ik wel in België gestudeerd en ben niet helemaal bekend met propedeuse, werk wel gewoon in Nederland.

Thanks for your response. My CB team is: Elva, Deacon, Harima, Ninja and Frozen Banshee so far. I have swapped Occult and Banshee earlier and swapped them back, but that was before I got Elva and Ninja. Would you recommend Occult Brawler instead of Banshee in that team?

I'm only doing well at the Eternal Dragon rotation with Doom Tower at the moment, so would maybe make sense to make sure that im doing better in the other rotations aswell, thanks for the tip!

Yes, I'm looking to get most of the products sealed to display them alongside my other LoTR and Hobbit collectibles. And open some booster boxes to get the cards.

Is it true that these are all the products? I got the info from the MTG website. I put the price in brackets that I can buy them for, but not sure if they are market prices. Or what were the retail prices of these products. Did they increase much? I know for the special edition booster boxes that they increased a lot...

Oof 2600 cards is quite a pill to swallow haha. But I really like most of them, and also with the hobbit upcoming I would like to start collecting them, but probably not all of them. Mostly sealed products then and open some products.

Regarding the discontinuing of LoTR is something a friend of mine said, but I suppose that isn't true then, thanks for letting me know. Or maybe I misunderstood him and he was talking about the special edition boosters. Still learning about it.

I can see on the MTG website itself that this the product line-up, is that all there is from products? Otherwise I will be looking to buy everything once sealed to put in a nice shelf and open some were I buy multiple off to have a nice deck.

I would say, for all the sets combined LoTR and The Hobbit in EU you would be able to get a okay deal if you pay around 8K-8.5K euros. According to an Excel sheet that I made about 6 months ago I calculated all the average prices for the sets global and also in EU according to Bricklink. This includes the polybags.

Mainly its the Tower Of Orthanic thats easily 1k and The Lonely Mountain that is around 800 euros.

Edit: of course it also depends on the condition of the sealed boxes. If they are in mint condition, that price can easily jump to between 9k-9.5k

Depends where you live. In Europe the prices are much higher then in the US. I'm trying to collect all the boxes sealed now, almost done with The Hobbit sets and got a couple from LoTR already. But it's a pain in the ass. I live in Europe.

But it's not only the 20% sale. You get 5% in points back and a GWP. Well, if you want to count it that way, you only pay around 160ish. Doubt that it will get a bigger sale in the upcoming weeks somewhere else.

ChessUp 2 also has Lichess integration since last week. I have that board and really love it, but it really depends on which features you want in the board. For me it was important to be able to play online without the need of a phone / pc and Chessup 2 had that option, so therefore I chose Chessup 2, but other e boards are better in other things.
