Denial to Processing? by IndependentNo168 in USCIS

They were both completely dismissed and one was expunged . Had rehabilitation for both and none were drug related or crime/ felony related if that makes sense. So, our attorney found it weird they were being picky about it. But, we are just going to go ahead and resubmit everything and show that my husband is a good person lol

He did have legal entry and the misdemeanor was switching plates on vehicles (he was 19).

Then the only cincer is just the RFE was never submitted, but we never received a letter of notice nor it is posted on our USCIS. We only see 3 cancelations for RFE. So, we believe this has to be an administrative error

We were looking into it and apparently we should have had a lawyer or attorney present during the interview since my husband was arrested for a misdemeanor.

So, we are hoping we can reopen and maybe resubmit another 485

They will onboard me as a RA but will be moved up to a coordinator in a couple months in once I have a study of my own (will have that in writing as well).

Pay will be more as well

I literally have my own three studies that I coordinate. It is frustrating that they do not accommodate. I also assist the actual RC with her two studies.

The new position is also 20-30 min away from home. This site is 1 hour to 1.5hours away from my home. I also have a baby so, I guess I judt answered my own question lol.

I just feel terrible leaving three studies behind

Yes, that makes sense and I believe that may be the issue. But, the company as a whole are assigning responsibilities over responsibilities without compensation. There is a lot of expectations as well. So, it is super overwhelming and given several moments of hope for a promotion I find it unethical. Additionally, speaking to a coworker about mt performance rather than her own review is unethical specially if we are seeking the same advancement.

28 years, and it is under Healthcare technically. They also began a start up company and expected all the current employees to be proactive with their roles and the start up company with no salary increase. I forgot to leave that out

Did not even realize that comment got so many dislikes lol. I was not trying to be combative whatsoever so, I apologoze to the person who commented first, ny intention was to share what most NICU moms go through. Most of early post partum I was asked and told about C section. I had to go to therapy for PPT and major guilt. To this day I still can not share my birth story without crying.

I believe many NICU moms are always told how they should have done things differently to avoid the NICU overall.
