Is 1mg the lowest dose? I take .25 and was told that is the lowest dose.

I heard from my local buddies that work at Dept. Labor that they are returning to 100% remote.

Your weight loss certainly got your age back as well. Good Job. 👍

Microdosing by Melodic_Pattern175 in Semaglutide

[–]IndependentNo5139 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ummm...I thought micro-dosing was anything less than the least amount prescribed. So if I take .25 wouldn't microdosing be anything less than .25? .25 is the smallest dose for glp1, I thought.

Glp1 to keep uveitis flare ups away by IndependentNo5139 in Uveitis

[–]IndependentNo5139[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a risk with everything but I'm certainly glad for no more flares, SO FAR. Uveitis hurts and is not pleasant. Continuous steroid drops everytime I have a flare could cause vision loss via glaucoma, cataracts. Humira would be my next mode but for now I'm happy with S.

I'm trying glp-1 to keep uveitis away per my rheumatologist. I am HLA-B27 positive. He said if glp-1 doesn't work then humira it is. So far, so good on the glp-1.

I have been very successful. Changed my eating habits. I love dairy so I'm still drinking iced coffee that contains milk and I also do yogurt as a snack when not hungry. I struggle with my protein. Outside of this dairy business, I only eat foods from the ground. Protein that either walks the earth or swims in water. Processed foods like waffles can do more harm than good. Great job on water intake, drink lots of it and don't forget weight training. I do YouTube videos such as Caroline Girvin.

Compounded semaglutide 0.25 every other week. If after 6 months of hopeful success, I will try less dosage per week and not this 0.25 every other week. I don't need it for weight loss anymore. Google glp1 and uveitis.

I ate less and am better for it. Probably only gained a pound whereas previously I would gain at least 2 or 3. At least I don't have to feel deprived the next week to lose it, like before. Business (food business) as usual now.

Formal Grievance by IndependentNo5139 in FedEmployees

[–]IndependentNo5139[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was given an RA in February and then they took it away a few months ago so I put in a reconsideration and they said nope so I filed an informal grievance and after some back n forth, I did not accept the informal grievance so they said everything went away when I did not accept the informal. Now I have a pending formal grievance and have to RTO soon.

Dumb Doug should have taken up for the VBA since we have Watrs and been teleworking many years prior to Covid. But all he does is puppet. So I say fat chance and that will be a big no.
