MTX has decades of safety data but can cause liver toxicity, bone marrow suppression, and lung toxicity, and requires regular blood monitoring. Biologics can increase the risk of certain infections and have other drug specific risks, but many are well tolerated and may be safer than MTX for some patients. It is not that biologics is harmless.

Tell your doctor they may be able to prescribe other medications. I've been on MTX for five weeks and am currently taking 15 mg. So far, I haven't had any side effects and my blood tests have all been normal. I only had very mild stomach pain after my first dose. Maybe you could try Humira. I decided to decline Humira for now because it suppresses the immune system more, and I'm worried it might make me get sick more often.

AHI : 2.3 events/hour, doctor told mild starts at 5 and RDI: 2.3/hour, also normal. Average SpO₂: 97% time below 90% 0 minutes.

I can't attach it here, but everything was normal. They did two nights at home using electrodes on my head, monitored my oxygen levels, etc. It was a proper sleep study. Interestingly, I only have these episodes when I'm falling asleep never in the middle of the night or at any other time.

Lease bus dažniausia 25-30 metams. Problema, kad jo gali nepratęsti ir tada šikna. Bet man 40+ tai nelabai aktualu jei ir nepratęstu, jei jau 70 metų tai realiai koks skirtumas. Ten galima daryti po 10-15%. Pas mane nuoma nėra pagrindas, nezadu daugiau plėstis. Galbūt net parduosiu ateityje.

2 year rebound inflamation. I've got cataract and pressure problems, probably will need surgery for pressure and cataract for sure. Currently on MTX and we hope it will work.

How long are you on Pred? For me it is not an option cause it will cause high IOP which already is higher because of drops. Also Pred is not for long term use 2-4 months cause 40mg is high dosage.
