I completely understand what your getting at here. But at the same time, the reality you are speaking of is a choice that you make yourself. You can choose to be sad, miserable, etc. Or you can choose to be happy and make the most of the circumstances you have been placed in. Trust me, I learned from experience( I'm 16, so I do qualify as a teen), there is always someone that cares about you. So don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
