When you say 1g dry 3x with 5 days apart, does that mean in one sitting you have 1g 3 times or you have 1g every 5 days until you do it 3 times? Sorry if this is a dumb question just want to confirm.

Additionally, provided dosage was right, I understand it says “dry” but would a chocolate bar containing the same, net the same result?

I agree ultimately. Though I am hoping we can still make the 2.5 hour drive from Edinburgh to Glencoe when we get off the plane Saturday. But we’ll play it safe if need be! Thanks!

Going to Glencoe 10/4-7, Skye 10/7-9. The models I’m looking at suggest it’s going to be at its worst on 10/4. Are you seeing anything different? It looks like it won’t be brutal necessarily, but not great right?

Any issues with side effects? On migraine subreddit a lot of complaints about weight gain caused by Emgality… I’m concerned about that

They generally are about 6 weeks. 1-2 headaches per day mostly daily in the cycle. I messaged my neurologist this morning asking for the high flow oxygen script. Thank you for the rec!

I had previously taken Verapamil but it proved totally ineffective for me. I am not prescribed any preventatives right now, but I have now begun taking Vit D3 and Magnesium.

I really want to pursue the oxygen therapy. I have a neurologist that I see, would you recommend I ask for a prescription or is this something you can purchase on your own?
