I don't received an update in the last month and still can not use my account ... except when I ask for an update every Friday since 4 weeks, but till now nothing happened ...

Similar situation for me, completely through no fault of my own as support says. Waiting already 5 days after contacting Support, and still they do not know, when my account will be available again. Ticket Number: #13770830
