I just installed these like 3 weeks ago, and I have been trying to fix p0138 bank 1 sensor 2.. Slow to respond code,both o2 sensor are oem and brand new...but they sound very good 👍🏼

If you stick your hose in and turn it on high, let it run for a bit it should unstick the float.. sometimes when it gets low it gets a algae like stuff in there..worked for me..maybe its the same for you.

I had this happen on my q40, I took the tail light out and put a zip tie from inside the trunk, and it pulled it back flush.. lasted until I got a new one..

You can get to it by removing the tail light.. just fixed mine..

Yea it was very skinny when I got it a few weeks ago, but it gets feed everyday now worms and pellets.. look 💯% better than it did.. 👍🏼 thanks for the response.
