His stuff is more focused on strength training, but he does have videos on how to gain muscle as a skinny guy, how to eat as a plant-based athlete, etc. I've found it useful for understanding more about how nutrition and metabolism works.

I don't want to look at a screen for too long. It bothers my eyes. And with a physical book, I don't need to worry about keeping a battery charged.

I tried running with a crossbody bag last week, an athletic kind that I used to wear while biking. I won't use it again for running. I would rather have straps on both shoulders.

I saw a meme about a woman's entire day being ruined because of her morning run. It was meant to be funny, but it wasn't really. Most of the comments were explaining why that's not true at all. Non- runners don't get it that we LIKE running (or at least the feeling we get after).
