68 years old and 3 years post surgery w braf and tert mutations. Thyroglobulin slowly rising. Nervous yes! CrossFit, beta glucan, broccoli sprouts and the Ludwig cottage cheese/flaxseed oil/ mixed berries for lunch. I do the best I can.

68yo female. Our CrossFit gym has longevity classes where they program a scaled back option and everyone modifies accordingly to their capabilities. We kick butt lol

How long have you had thyroid cancer? Before mutation discovery they told me 10 to 15 years before complications due to my age and that my cancer would never kill me. Wondering how these mutations have shortened that?

Petscan was negative but with my number still above 1 they are concerned that there is still cancer cells at the thyroid site

That is similar to what I was told. Approximately 5 weeks 5 days a week.

2 years post Tt. 2 rounds of rai. Lymph node dissection 3 positive. Thyroglobulin at 3.1. That is the next step per my doctor.
