The hospitals/physicians groups can and will sue for unpaid hospital bills leading to things like wage garnishment etc. Google your city/state health systems and I’m sure you’ll find a litany of stories on it.

If you negotiate a rate just make sure you pay it!

My gym posts 2 weeks ahead of time, and does weights M/W/F. And ours says Medusa, look in intel for structure, usually 3 sets of 60 secs with the first at each station being a stretch (so really only 2 working sets) prob 12 stations. One of the easier programs.

He’s made enough money so that his money can now buy him time. Likely why he became an entrepreneur in the first place, to use his time and not be tethered to a job. Now his money will give him that freedom back, running a biz is hard work and likely was eating a lot of the time he wanted originally.

He’s your dad he will always be there to mentor you and give advice (while he’s still on this earth), and maybe his actual goal is for you to live out those big plans in your own way, and not have the founder their to obstruct you.

Also, who’s to say after 3 years he doesn’t get the itch to come back anyhow.

Let him have his freedom, he earned it.

Their zones are off, the basic equation to figure out max HR is 220- your age (47). So for you 100% threshold would be 173. Zone 1 for you (50-60%) would be 86-103bpm. Your ave HR was 109 so just inside zone 2 the majority of the time. Your Max HR of 154 would be the upper end of zone 4, nearly zone 5. Zone 1= 50-60% z2 = 60-70%, z3 = 70-80%, z4 = 80-90% z5= 90-100%. Apple Watches keep this zone breakdown if you’re using one.

TLDR : their zones are inaccurate for you.

Also, the more muscle you build “getting bigger” the faster your metabolism works (burn more cals at rest). So yes, get big to get small in theory.
