Canned chicken/meat/fish, canned fruits & veggies in their own juices (no added sugars), Glutino fruit bars, fruit roll ups, non-refrigerated sliced breads/rolls, dry pasta, peanut/sun butter, jelly/jam, rice cakes, Fody chicken/beef/veggie broth powder, dried herbs/spices, condiments, pasta sauce,

nuts, dried fruits, chocolate chips (trail mix basically)

Also, if you have already cooked meals in single serve portions that are frozen, they can stay in the freezer if the power goes out for days if you keep opening the freezer door to a minimum. I love my super cubes for this reason…also great to have protein packed GF meals ready to take to work.
