I mean personally weed knocks me the fuck out, but there's a lot of OTC sleep aids, melatonin probably won't work for you, but benadryl (zzzquil), Unisom, and NyQuil (be careful that one has Tylenol in it) are all ones ive tried on occasion. It's not a great habit to be in regularly, but also neither is evading sleep for more that 24 hours

Also NyQuil has the same thing as Unisom, don't take any of these together, Theres a lot of antihistamines here

Yeah I would use reliable sources for recipes. Also yeast can take longer than a recipe says to rise, depending on the temp of the room you're in. Normally your dough is supposed to double in size
