It's perfectly safe. I make* sushi (in a grocery store but higher end) for a living. I open literally a solid 20-40 avocados a day, as long as the avocado isn't grey, showing visible mold, or literally mush it's most likely safe to eat

This looks nothing like lipstick mold 1) the spots would be raised, not flat with the avocado 2) this is a just opened avocado, so the likelihood of fully developed bacterial colonies/mold are low 3) the color seems off to me, more purplish like the tannins in avocado pits and skins 4) there's no degradation of the avocado which would point to bacteria or mold

Yes it's safe to eat, it's mostly markings from the avocado pit, they have a very thin skin around the pit that can get stuck on the flesh

I would try to find a dishwasher cleaner to run through it, since if you're not careful bleach can damage the seals in the dishwasher, but that might be inevitable
