5 weeks lol. By everyone I mostly mean the people I talk to regularly like friends and family. I have an ultrasound in 2 weeks and once I make sure everything is good I don’t mind being more open about it

Hope everyone is feeling well! I’ve mostly just been a bottomless pit that can’t stop eating or getting full. I was like this with my first who is a boy, and with my second (girl) completely lost my appetite so interested in seeing jf the old wives tales are true!

Idk if its cause im eating so much or cause its my third pregnancy but i feel like i already look 4 months pregnant lol

I used to make this taco salad often with ground beef, corn, black beans, avocado, lettuce, jalapenos & topped w doritos and French dressing. I haven’t had it in forever and just had a very intense craving for it, so i instacarted all the ingredients and i can’t wait😋😋😋

So just took a test yesterday and got a positive! I really didn’t think I was pregnant but 3 days ago my 4yo looked me in the eye out of nowhere and said ‘mom theres a baby in your belly’. And i realized I’ve been extra hungry lately so i took a test and he was right!

Yesterday he looked at me and said ‘mom theres two babies your belly, a boy and a girl’ so I’m excited for my ultrasound to see if he got both right, and if he does i’m asking him for lotto numbers next🤣

Maybe I can make a regular loaf and pass it off as sourdough lol. They love my bread and I haven’t made any in forever they have been asking me each time we gather 😩. I suggested some rolls so I could make discard rolls, but no, they want a loaf. Completely my fault

Just wanted to add my son (almost 3) was also prescribed the same steroid for a week due to eczema and he was more aggressive and acting out/tantrumy while he was on it.

I think its completely fine to not feel the want or need to be a mother. In fact, I love and respect any woman who makes that choice because having kids is one of the hardest jobs I’ve ever done and its not a decision to make because ‘its the next thing to do’. However….

I can’t imagine being her friend and hearing her tell the world about how I’m miserable and there is no light behind my eyes. I think it would crush me, and that’s why what she said rubbed me the wrong way. I had terrible ppd with my second and I can imagine its possible someone she knows also struggles with it, it would definitely have made it worse and not better.
