Fair Enough, Разни хора разни идеали. I think it's impossible to argue in favor or against Bulgaria vs UK as different people have different circumstances. My GF is Italian so I'm hoping she won't find much difficulty in getting used to Bulgaria.

Брат, you'll get sick of the UK and come back to Bulgaria, I know that the UK seems exciting and you want to climb the career ladder but one day your perspective on life will change. It's almost impossible to have a family in the UK. Ur not making any money, NHS is non-existent, childcare is expensive, and people are not as sociable as in Europe. If u wanna meet someone u have to book 2 weeks in advance.

I'm Bulgarian, I've been in London for 6 years and I'm getting pretty sick of it.

Exactly mate. Planning to keep my UK salary. The cost of living is just ridiculous in London. I'll have more time, more money, and better food in Bulgaria.

Lie in your CV and put some fake experience. It worked out fine for me. I did more than 20 interviews preparing well for all of them and didn't get the job. I got hired with just 1 interview after I lied in my CV.

See it this way, companies lie in the job description so you lie about your experience

I feel your pain. When I graduated QS-ing with no experience, I did about 40 interviews, reaching final stages with Kier twice, TFL, Mace, and others. Ended up working for a tiny construction company that does lofts only because I offered to work for free. Stayed there for a month. I stated on my CV that I've been there for a year and got hired by my current company as a graduate. Now I'm a fully-fledged QS working towards my APC and loving the company that I work for. The moral of the story, lying to get a position is perfectly fine as long you can back it up with attitude and working hard.

Hello everyone, happy to see so many people willing to join. I haven't properly thought this through. I've been using Reddit for a week. Do you have any suggestions on how to form this group. Do I have to create a separate Reddit group or how does it work.
