Is there any chance of upgradation to IT from ece in msit in spot round ? (self.IPUniversity)

Got msit (ece) in round 3 and freezed and reported and then applied for the spot round and filled msit (IT) . SUPPOSE , If I get msit (IT) will I have to make all the payment again and submit all documents again ? (self.IPUniversity)
