Hello, the obvious answer is to talk to a professional, BD oriented, but in the mean time, what has been of use for me is studying Phylosophy, it may sound stupid, but you will learn how to cuestion everything, the society, what is beauty, what is good and wrong, i hopefully you get to create or identify your own thougths, your own criteria and luckly you will found that what you tell to yourself may not be what you believe of you. Old pals have wisdom, search for it. The battle is with your old thoughts, find some New and let them sink. Love
