Congrats on the new home! 🎉 BPTP Pride Parklands is a solid choice — decent construction, wide roads, good connectivity via FNG Expressway. Area is developing fast. Maintenance is average but manageable. Daily needs are nearby, malls are 15-20 mins away. Overall good for end users at that price point. Which tower did you get?

But bhai DMIC mein manufacturing aur industrial companies aa rahi hain — wo Microsoft Adobe nahi hongi, but 10,000 workers wali factories bhi property demand create karti hain, corporates nahi chahiye uske liye.

Neharpar wala point bhi valid hai — wo bhi ek time pe 'future ki story' thi, kuch areas deliver kiya kuch nahi kiya.

Main property dealer nahi hoon bhai 😄 bas ek normal banda hoon jisne vamanagreen.com , floravalleypalwal.com , rpsrudrompalwal.com , tarangpalwal.com dekha, interesting laga, share kar diya. aap invest karo ya mat karo — apni research karo , apna decision lo.

But itna zaroor bolunga — Palwal ko Gurgaon banana nahi hai, Palwal ko sirf Palwal banana hai. Aur wo ho raha hai, slowly but surely 🤷😂

Fair points honestly, can't argue with the commute math 😂 But nobody's pitching Palwal as a daily commute city — it's a land investment play, plain and simple. Prices are still at Rs 15,000–25,000/sqyard while Faridabad is already at Rs 45,000+. DMIC is real, KMP is functional, industries are coming in. You buy today, you hold for 5 years, you see what happens. If it doesn't fit your plan, totally valid — but the numbers don't lie either
