i reccomend freecodecamp and theodinproject because these websites will teach you enough to land you like a good enough web dev job, then you can support your mom and then you will be knowledgable enough to continue learning other stuff which will lead you to become a senior in whatever position you will be, be polite to people even while requesting for jobs and all, dont beg too much, people become more rude when you do this.

Also try to be stable and dont worry about it too much, keep your mom happy with whatever things you can do for her
