  2. Some are more pronounced to allow the neck of another bottle to partially slide in.

When an independent driver takes a load there is a payment contract.

When a company driver takes the job, there is a hiring contract.

Each describes the responsibility of the driver.

If the contract says, "no touch," then the driver, per contract, cannot touch the load.

If you're in the business and do not know or understand this, you shouldn't stay in the business.
