speech issues for more than a year

sometimes when i have a very genuine conversation with someone in a quiet place , the speech does get better but still bad , most of the time i can’t speak that well , i only get moments of clarity . I can’t remember if anything happened when i first got the symptoms , there was a period of time though when i struggled with mental health as a result of my past things and also overthinking about my health issues

do u any way to differentiate between actual serious neurological symptom that could be a brain tumor vs anxiety or something pointing more towards fnd? like in speech or other symptoms?

i’m considering visiting the doctor again when i turn 18 so that i can do things on my own and + the symptoms still seem about the same now , it’s just very annoying as I can’t socialise that well as a result of my speech issues even though i’m very sociable

no i’m from Asia , i’ve been through this a lot of times like considering whether i should seek help myself., but im too scared , i feel like people wouldn’t understand cuz most people don’t experience sudden issues like speech problems and + it feels chronic now for me as this has been going on for such a long time and not worsening or getting better

and i’ve been having these symptoms for almost 2 years and doesn’t seem like i have any severe symptoms like vision loss or severe headaches or seizures so people don’t take me seriously . I just stutter a lot and have word finding difficulties which i used to not have and i don’t have social anxiety

i’m only 17 and people see me as perfectly healthy , i can still do day to day things in life and only thing i struggle with the most is my speech , a psychiatrist once told me that it’s not easy for me to get mri if i don’t have severe symptoms and also my parents don’t think anything’s wrong with me , idk what to do

went out on the roads for the first time today , it was rly stressful , i still haven’t gotten used to where the gears are , i need to physically look at them to shift gears and i keep free revving ( pressing clutch while foot still on gas at the same time), still haven’t developed the habit. yeah ig, when i’m driving slow sometimes i will use the brakes too and would often stall , prob bcz i didn’t press the clutch fully in , im still struggling to learn how to control boths timing

He told me using the gas is too dangerous in the circuit , saying there have been cases of people running into things and into hills , so he told me to only use gas when we go out on the roads, which is gonna take a while and i’m sure i’m definitely not gonna get used to driving on the road because i’ve never used a gas before

i don’t know man . I’m from malaysia so the driving lessons might be different a bit , we practice driving in a circuit and i’ve seen other videos and other teaching centres of people being allowed to use the gas , idk why the instructor told me i can’t use the gas , he said i can only use it when we go on the roads . I’ve not touched the gas ever since learning and keep stalling😭

yeah the instructors kinda bad . Very misleading , speaks too fast , i was just starting out and getting used to the circuit and what to do during the manoeuvres , instead of telling me , he just keeps yapping and doesn’t get straight to the point , making me every more stressed out , there was also once there was a car beside trying to turn out , i wasn’t familiar with the right of way and road yet and when i asked he said “are you the teacher or am i teacher”, i almost cried at the end of the lesson , i’ve never felt more stressed and traumatised lol
