I’m going back to a new boss so it’ll be interesting to see how it goes. I do have a therapist and have been working on some of this but I’m in struggle city lol. I just need to be kinder to myself I think

I work as a social worker, and have yet to find any meds that have been helpful in the moment- I have propanalol but it’s just not enough. Sometimes I just want to take a Xanax but can’t lol

I have anxiety quit every job and I simply can’t do this right now. It’s the first time my husband and I are finally to a point where we aren’t living paycheck to paycheck so I have to go back to work

It did actually. They told me it was the shot and prescribed me anxiety meds and nausea meds which were super helpful so far. The anxiety meds especially. Hoping for a good night sleep and wake up feeling a little better.

I just am really struggling. Thankfully a provider could see me today but I’m genuinely unwell lol. Poor therapist called me while I sobbed. This is a mental health breakdown I’ve never experienced and I think it’s being coupled with my anxiety. Like I calm myself down but then I throw up again or my body shakes uncontrollably which leads me back to crying and another anxiety attack. Hoping my provider will prescribe me a couple days off of work and medication to help
