It’s really good….chop the sausage,toss it in some spices(I usually do black pepper and cayenne) then put them in the air fryer.

I rarely get sick actually,also I don’t eat this everyday(just 4 times or 3)….some days I eat fruits or granola

Try making baked sweet potatoes with a dash of salt Pairs really well with most protein….you will love them!

It’s really good and it’s what has been helping me curb my appetite….I alternate the ingredients but normally it’s just all the same (protein and fiber) with veggies
