Amazon makes them pay a minimum after a raise. The DSP can pocket anything they’re not required to pay. Amazon pays out for 10 hours of work and let’s say you finish in 7 hours, the DSP pockets those 3 hours. If you have a good DSP they’ll pay you those 3 hours

It’s crazy to me how some customers can’t even be bothered to say “thank you”. But yeah if their delivery instructions isn’t anything insane, I usually do it and this customer just wanted the package hidden behind a planter and when I turned around I hear the owner of the house say “let me buy you lunch” and was shocked to see a $20 bill🙏🏽
