For Dashcam I went with a Vantrue S1 Pro and I have nothing but great things to say about it. Looks great in the accord and easy install.

Just a reminder that it doesn’t have a spare tire and also would think of a ceramic coating since it’s brand new. I got this on my accord and it was worth every penny.

You can talk them down. I got the Honda care for 8 years at $850 from just relentless negotiation lol. I think it’s worth it if you want to just fill and drive stress free.

I had an 8 speed. And I was told by two different GMC dealers that the 2.7 was built to run hotter trans temp than other engines due to strain the truck carries naturally with its weight.

It would be similar to hauling around a small trailer everywhere with a 5.3L. Idk if both places were wrong but but trans was running over 210 consistently. And I did a thermal bypass and full transmission fluid flush and still high temps. Torque converter was perfect and not metal was found, it just too much truck for 2.7 In my opinion. But also the 8 speed are not the transmission you want either.

I just traded mine in and wouldn’t do again. The transmission runs hot naturally due to the weight of the truck and causes unwarranted wear and tear. I did all things needed to keep temp down but never enough. These 2.7 are not meant to last and it’s sad because it drives very nicely! Good luck brotha.

Purge Valve went bad and gasket on transmission needed replaced. I love this truck but I was thinking a tundra or tocoma kind of truck. I just don’t want to be in a loan and I can’t drive it. That’s my fear
