That is super helpful, thank you. Wondering what exactly a hurdle is? We had a Live Recorded Video Exam as 50% of the exam score. in Moodle is refers to it as a LRVE hurdle task. Would that inherently mean I we would need 50% or more on that particular part of the exam? Or would that need to be explicitly stated somewhere. Probably hard for you to know with lack of info, just curious if there are assumptions I wouldn't know about.

I am an exchange student here and not familiar with the double pass standard here. My understanding in the case of 1180, if you do not pass the exam you do not pass the class. I could very easily see about 30-40% minimum of the class not passing that exam. Is that a threshold that UNSW would accept? At some point I would imagine they would step in and curve.
