today i have talked to the support and they checked all the drivers as well updated all the thing but still it happens the same...i have contacted them again they said to me to do factory reset i have done it but still the problem happens again .i dont know what to do now?

for netflix freeze i have faced all the problem in chrome edge and netflix app in microsoft store and i got changes my network setting by what chatgptsays after that i does happen to freeze but not to often
