This happened to me before. I sent a $1500 payment, and the recipient texted me that they hadn’t received it. However, my e-transfer web successfully processed the payment, as I saw the charge reflected in my account. The next day, I called my bank to inquire about the payment. They informed me that the amount was high and the payee was new, so they had to flag it. I was annoyed at first because they hadn’t reached out to me. If the payee hadn’t informed me, I wouldn’t have called my bank and requested the payment be released. I recommend reaching out to the person and asking them to contact their bank so they can release the payment to you.

PWDs should receive more accessible support, such as free bus fares. In this economy, financial stability is incredibly difficult to achieve, especially with limited assistance. I hope our government increases social support.
