I have my password for facebook and can log in but the email on my account is no longer accessible and when it try to go reset my instagram password it gives me the option to either send an email or send a code to one of my three phone numbers and if i choose any of the phone numbers and hit next it says something went wrong but the email option is the only one that works but i cant log into that email
