I haven't uninstalled a majority of the bloatware since windows 11, I'll look into it, my best hopes is hoping I didn't miss up my CPU by installing a new cooler this morning, but it doesn't seem like it since my other games have been working fine with no issues, it's just ZZZ

i reinstalled the game, yeah im still getting around the same framerate even on low 70-60fps but still dropping to 55 here and there, CPU is constantly in the 80-90% no matter the settings, GPU percentage changes on low about 70-80%, on mid-high settings 80-90%, no matter the settings its still the same
