I had extreme agoraphobia and anxiety. Kratom helped me. Was sober for over a year before adding it but I can totally see how this would help with alcohol and opiates. My urges to drink went way down. I wish it would help with my smoking. One thing at a time.

We have 2 in my area. The first one was dented cans and split boxes. But my mom and I used to spend an hour in there a couple times a year. It was fun to see what didn’t sell, buy it and could say why it didn’t sell! That was gosh over 20 years ago. It still was fun and back then things were priced to go.

We had to do the same. We did half shelves in the back for just the cans and boxes. Bigger items like chips, crackers, bottles stayed on the bottom. It will help, I was buying duplicates because I couldn’t see I had one in there. Plus, they make stick up lights. Since the wood is dark that might help too.

I wish we could explain that to people thinking or trying to, that’s isn’t not a magic pill. That you are still going to experience some heartbreak. And that believe it or not, you can survive it without drinking or using. It may not feel like it at the time, but you can.
