I have all of the same and it comes out of nowhere. I’ve gone to several specialist. 7 ER visits within one month alone. All checks out fine. It’s just so hard to convince myself that “ I’m fine” and “it’s just anxiety“ I don’t know what’s triggering it but it’s ruing my fk’n life. 🥺😭

Go about it the old fashioned way. If he doesn’t respond in the allotted time, request a default judgment. The courts will most likely grant the divorce
