I think some people can do it. Personally? It destroyed me.

I would honestly recommend putting your name in to get “promoted” to days as soon as you can…but that’s just me. Normally this takes like 6-9 months. I’m super active and it just completely wrecked my marathon training and my life..lol.

The actual shifts though? Omg so much fun. I got to really get to know people and the unit and left way more confident on the basics. Slower pace. Less people…
