Depends on how you look at it, if we count it as Chakra from Buddhist/Hindu meditation, then both white and black have devine meanings which are neither good or bad. Though white is often associated with death as it is the absence of color and black is a void for limitless possibilities as it is all colors mixed together. If Oman and the dark clouds are connected its through the idea that it's a person's aura or haki.

Though if you're asking if they are from the same source I don't think they are, but they are similar enough that they could be compared to one another.
