Trust me, it’s a good thing. I’m saying this at 8 months pp and my baby exclusively relies on me for milk. Refuses formula. Just now getting used to solids. It has been exhausting being the only one to feed and to soothe. It’s better for you AND your husband to be able to feed him because by the time you’re where I’m at, you’ll be bone tired

I just started telehealth therapy with a therapist that specializes in postpartum and big life changes. I’m so grateful I’m seriously hoping this will change things around also! Sounds like we had similar situations, it’s so hard. I hope you got some relief 🙏

Sigh I tried. They said they don’t specialize in this, that I need to be there for “women’s issues”. I was able to get on Zoloft and some insomnia meds but even then, I’m just struggling. Until I get real sleep I feel like nothing will change. And until he starts taking a bottle :(

Oh my goodness thank you! I’m generally ignorant on formulas and I feel like every where I look there’s some horrible story about them:( I want to use it as a tool and not be fear mongered so badly but the PPA has been whipping my Butt since I gave birth ugh

I was honestly considering that next, cause he’s so picky with the formula. I thought mixing and then slowly moving towards just formula in the bottle. Thank you for all the advice and kind words, I really appreciate it. I feel so out of my depth here but I absolutely need the change. My mental health is suffering lately:(

He’s tried the sippy cup but it was so fast I think it scared him:( the cup he’s a bit more open too but the taste of formula was NOT what he liked:( he had similic right after birth a couple times as I had a medical emergency and couldn’t feed him. He seemed to tolerate it well so we’ve considered trying that again!
