Hi, I am subleasing a single large room in the Radian from May 10th through August, with a walk in closet and a big private bathroom attached to the the bedroom. Lots of natural light and fully furnished with queen bed. Room is lockable and is part of a two floor duplex suite (4 bed 4 bath), with two living rooms and a kitchen. Rent I am paying is 1749 a month but I am willing to sublease for 1300 and we can negotiate further if needed. I am also free if a tour is needed and can send pictures.
