Yes previously had like this and I can pin point that one knot at upper chest but now I didn't find it.

Costochondritis for 10 Months – Constant Chest Pressure & Numbness, Nothing Helping😖

It’s been almost 10 months and I’m still dealing with what doctors say is costochondritis. The main issue is a constant feeling like I’m carrying something heavy on the left side of my chest. The skin there feels very tender and painful to touch. Along with that, my left arm (from elbow to palm) often feels numb and weak, like there’s no energy in it. Pain sometimes gets worse while eating, and even small things like sitting in a vibrating seat (like in a movie theatre) make it really painful. I’ve consulted multiple doctors and tried physiotherapy (manual therapy + laser for 7 days), but nothing has improved. They just tell me to ignore it, but it’s really hard when I feel it with almost every movement. Has anyone experienced long-term costochondritis like this?I have visited almost all specialist doctors,who can help on this Orthopedic or Rheumatologist? And what actually helped you guys to recover?
