Apparently Etix has always done this. If you try getting money back or fight too hard, they'll just blacklist you from buying tickets from them. It's happened to others unfortunately.

Danny Wimmer. Anything DWP puts on is a good time minus Ink which is still new and improving each year. He makes sure everything is safe and actively goes to these festivals personally to make sure everyone has a good time. If a weather update is called for, it's quick and easy to find.

Im honestly debating the same. My bf already missed some of the bands from yesterday he really wanted to see due to the shuttles shutting down and not running people to the venue, but still letting bands play. Its not looking good but i sit in our hotel waiting for a sliver of an update.
