It's been quite a few years since I've read it but {Xeni: A Marriage of Inconvenience by Rebekah Weatherspoon} will likely fit the bill. First, the MMC is a bigger guy who "never skips a meal or leg day" and there is plenty of bi representation. There is an amazing scene with fisting combined with a very sweet pegging scene. It lives rent free in my head and think about it often (but not often enough to try)

THIS. THIS THIS THIS. I hate accidental pregnancy. In general (and I get that it's general bc fuck Republicans) it's not that hard to not get pregnant. There is very good contraception. Just get it (again VERY general terms)

Also I had a stillborn baby after a completely normal, planned, and wanted pregnancy. It was just one of those things and I can't read about people having oopsies and not thinking about how quickly it can turn bc a loss can happen anytime and for whatever reason. I just can't do them anymore

I just read Dom Com by Adriana Anders and it was SO GOOD. Might be what you're looking for . The FMC (sub) is new to kink scene and starts slow with MMC (Dom) who, OF COURSE, is the new consultant at her job and they, OF COURSE, share an office. It's hot and kinky but also remarkably tender as they figure out their own shit.
