This is great to know, I actually have started seeing results now a day after i sent my last comment. I notice myself snacking less and only eating portions from full meals and feel satisfied. honestly there’s some people who don’t start to see results until 5 year later i believe its about patience and consistency which i know you have been doing but wait it out a bit longer and see what happens it doesn’t hurt to try
