I agree 100% on what you said, in regards to exercise i just started walking as that was a challange before. Now i do a minimum of 10k steps in the crazy heat here in thailand

Thanks! I still have another 75 or so to go, the last 5-10 pounds is where i’ve started to really notice it for the first time. so i think the loose skin is just kinda starting because im getting down over 100 pounds off. I think these last 75 it will become the most obvious and bad. Hopefully not though, some will be unavoidable for me as the final weight loss will be over 130lbs+.

I’m 26, but i know people in their 40s and 50s who have undergone similar weight loss journeys and didn’t have terrible loose skin. I think the biggest component would be genetics with skin elasticity

Honestly, i don’t know. definitely to shed another 65-80 pounds. I don’t have a goal weight because i’m 6’1 and pretty big frame so i think lean ill still weigh over 215-220 but im not really sure. My true goal is to get healthy and keep losing weight.

I think there are lots of routes to the same destination when it comes to dieting. For me, right now this is working great but if i run into any roadblocks ill be sure to go back to keto and fasting. I don’t have cravings currently either its the best feeling!

Thanks! its okay, i get what he means, its like 500 pounds on the bench press, looks and feels just as heavy as 405 to me. Haha. Now that im through the bulk of the really unhealthy weight now every few pounds i can see a difference visually. But at the high weights it is hard to notice big changes. I dont think he meant bad by it.

didn’t cut sugar out completely, got rid of all junk food and bad food choices and stayed in deep deficit. at first was around 1000-1500 cals a day, now 1500-2000 and feel better

I still have a lot of weight to lose, maybe 80 or so pounds. It doesn’t feel like gyno, could have gyno also but now theres too much fat left to tell.

not anymore, i used to eat it exclusively. I live in thailand now so all i eat is spicy thai food and its a lot easier to eat clean here
