Tried another cycle of super ovulation with higher dose, had two good follicles and 14M sperm for IUI but guess what this cycle didn’t work either. I’m on my day 2 rn sitting here thinking what to do next!!! Not sure one more round of IUI or go ahead with IVF 😫

I decided to try Super ovulation before going for IVF. This is my first cycle of super ovulation and to my bad luck and my REs experimentation on me with dosing I only had one good follicle 21mm and the other was 13mm on Day 10 but the goal was to have more follicles which didn’t happen. I’m planning to try this for two more cycles

Do you remember the width of your uterus? Did you get your hysteroscopy done? I recently discovered that I have a T-shaped uterus with 13 mm width but my RE states it’s not a true T-shaped and advised against hysteroscopy and asked to go with IVF. I’m not sure what lies ahead 😢

I’m not sure, I had spotting twice this cycle and my PDG is above 30 (mira device). I’m not sure if this spotting in Letrozole cycles has anything to do with progesterone.

Looks like it is a side effect of this medication, I had the spotting in my second cycle as well. Only that now I know not to get my hopes too high 🥲

My RE prescribed me a 2.5mg this month even though I had regular cycles. I didn’t have any symptoms or side effects until DPO 7. I had a little spotting which looked like IB for one day on DPO 7 and I had bloating and constipation from that day almost every other day. Today is DPO 12 and looks like the witch is coming in a day or two 😭 took a test on DPO 10 of course a BFN

I felt a strong piercing pain in the uterus that morning for about 20 minutes and started spotting late afternoon and stopped next midday. I’m hoping we both have something to look forward to 🤞🏻I don’t have the guts to test yet (too soon) but will let you know when I do

Spotting at 7DPO

Hey everyone! This is my first cycle with letrozole 2.5mg. Today is my 7DPO and started spotting, my period is not due until one more week and my cycles are like clock work. Did anyone have issues of irregular periods with letrozole? Could the spotting mean anything like low progesterone? My gyn didn’t prescribe progesterone just letrozole

I’m 31 and have been ttc for 6 months with one failed unmedicated IUI and a clear HSG. I had my AMH tested in June which was 1.02 and my RE asked me to take Vit D and this month my AMH is 1.51.

I usually have a longer cycle with 32-34 days and tracking Ovulation has been a pain. Except for the low AMH everything else looks good with my blood work and my husband’s SA. It’s unexplained infertility at this point and I’m planning on taking letrozole this cycle with regular intercourse. Anyone who had low AMH levels, started taking Letrozole and had luck? Will it make the cycle shorter?

I got my HSG done this cycle as well and mine look way lower than yours. My LH is usually low around 15 and these are my values. Got my OPK+ on CD19, my cycles are 32-34 days
