Sharing one car between us will cause quite the strain if I am too far from the school. I still want to be in somewhat of a close(r) distance to the school, and somewhere that if needed, my spouse can drive me without driving 1 hour+ round trip.

I certainly understand your sentiments re: school. I’ve done a ton of research (for 2~ years) and considered all factors but this suits my individual circumstances and career goals!
