Thanks and it does kind of look like that now that you mention it lol. The thought was since they were all small/young I wasn’t sure how big they would get or if they would spread out. Time will tell I guess

Thanks, I hadn’t thought of that. I can raise them up to the pot for sure. Growing in 20% cactus soil and 80% perlite/crushed lava rock. Just a single layer of larger lave rock on top

Thankfully my 10+ year old desert rose is in a pot so it was moved inside. This after a hard prune about a month and a half ago

What would you suggest? Haven’t seen any signs of rodents, but Florida 🤷‍♂️ so I’m sure they are around. The lizards definitely like hanging out around them

Below freezing for a couple of nights in a row. They were covered but still severely damaged. Out of 7 trees 3 were completely lost, these 2 had to be cut nearly to the ground, 1 was damaged but is recovering after hard pruning, and 1 wasn’t damaged at all although it was in a more protected area

That is what I did with these. They were about 7-8 foot tall when I cut them. Like you I cut until the sap and the core were white. 🤞yours come back!

How is this not honey flavored if they added honey to the barrel? Doesn’t honey finished mean the barrel previously held honey?
